Talently is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead an onsite engineering team in Mesquite, TX. You will bridge product design and manufacturing operations, focus on sustaining engineering, production support, ECNs, and continuous improvement to move products smoothly to production.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading or managing manufacturing engineering resources.
• Experience with sustaining engineering, ECNs/ECOs, and production support.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and apply manufacturability principles.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach manufacturing engineering, design, and document control teams.
• Partner with design to transition drawings and prototypes into manufacturing.
• Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor.
• Manage sustaining engineering, including ECNs and drawing revisions.
• Review drawings to address fit, function, and manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and reliability.
• Maintain engineering documentation and processes across teams.
