Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced facility.

You will supervise production teams, coordinate with planning and materials, and champion Lean initiatives to improve processes and outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, 3+ years as a Production/Operations Manager, and knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production or Operations Manager.
• Lean, Six Sigma certification preferred; strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Work hours: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient output.
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams for on-time delivery.
• Foster a people-first culture focused on engagement, development, and accountability.
• Implement and sustain Lean practices including 5S, standard work, and visual management.

The Production Manager is dynamic and results-driven and will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep commitment to Lean principles and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Production or Operations Manager, with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles. Brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to lead through influence, set clear expectations, and hold teams accountable. Possesses in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems, with certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrated success in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing safer, more efficient practices across operations. Experienced in managing, mentoring, and developing teams, with the ability to inspire performance and drive results. Familiar with the Choosing By Advantages (CBA) decision-making methodology and experienced with ERP systems.
• Travel: Up to 15% depending on business needs
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage daily operations of production lines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output
• Drive adherence to production schedules and coordinate with planning and materials teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Foster a people-first culture that emphasizes team engagement, development, and accountability
• Help us get better every day by implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing practices, including visual management, 5S, standard work, and problem solving
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to resolve production issues and support strategic initiatives
• Lead and facilitate Tier meetings to support communication and alignment across shifts and teams
• Support implementation of new products, processes, or equipment
• Coach and mentor frontline leaders and team members, supporting career growth and performance
