NewAge Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of manufacturing engineers, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with strategic goals. The role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing new equipment, and delivering measurable benefits across the manufacturing footprint.

You will manage DMAIC/PDCA projects, transfer technology from R&D, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and lead times while supporting new product

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Design, Polymer or Industrial Engineering.
• Formal project management and lean training desirable.
• Experience with continuous improvement using lean six sigma methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead a staff of manufacturing engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to select and scope projects aligned with goals.
• Manage DMAIC/PDCA lean projects and report outcomes on a Lean Scorecard.
• Oversee transfer/acceptance of technology from R&D and qualification steps.
• Lead cost and lead-time reduction initiatives across operations.
• Support manufacturing expertise for New Product Development.
