Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering and/or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes including assembly and fabrication.
• Strong understanding of quality systems including PPAP and APQP.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the manufacturing engineering team.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives throughout the facility.
• Develop and manage engineering capital plans and budgets.
