Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Miamisburg, Ohio. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, driving continuous improvement, productivity, and on-time delivery while aligning with strategic goals.

You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional programs, and ensure conformance with defense and government requirements, including ITAR and security clearances where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar experience; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering department to improve productivity and meet schedules.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; manage cross-functional projects; develop performance reviews.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning; monitor schedules and costs.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield and throughput.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast project timelines and resources.
• Ensure adherence to policies, ITAR, and security requirements.
