Job summary

Dollamur Sport Surfaces in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering to lead continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence. You will drive process optimization, guide technology implementation, and nurture technical talent while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to deliver measurable results.

The role supervises two engineers and offers growth from manager to director through expanded leadership and strategic impact on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing/industrial/quality/process engineering experience.
• 2+ years engineering leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, TOC.
• Drive manufacturing process optimization and standardization across production operations.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Leadership teams to meet objectives.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Support new product development, manufacturing implementation, and scalability initiatives.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Oversee engineering support for manufacturing technologies, automation, and equipment implementation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, engineering docs, and manufacturing standards.
• Manage projects, priorities, and resources within time and budget.
