Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in Manufacturing (EMS preferred).
• 3-8+ years of leadership experience managing engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, and Program Management.
