Job summary
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead multi-site manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, quality, and cost control. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership of supervisors and production teams.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, ERP, and production planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple AE locations.
- Improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness with strategic leadership.
- Lead and develop supervisors and staff, fostering accountability and safety.
- Collaborate on capacity planning and new product introductions.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvements.
