Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 10–15+ years in manufacturingEMS preferred.
• Proven leadership of manufacturing/engineering teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, NPI/ECN processes, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team with focus on performance and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and 5S methodologies across production.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Program Management to ensure compliant production.
• Lead NPI activities including risk assessments and process development.
• Oversee ECO/ECN processes and assess product/process impacts.
• Analyze workflows, staffing, and capacity to optimize efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and apply statistical process control methods.
• Support CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide expertise on IPC, J-STD, ISO requirements, and regulations.
• Review manufacturability and cost estimates for quotes.
• Coordinate equipment planning, validation, and facility layout.
