• 7+ years of full-time engineering experience.
• Experience with medical device design and regulatory standards is preferred.

• Stays current with medical electrical standards and regulations.
• Identifies user needs via internal teams and device usage observation.
• Translates user needs into design requirements to meet market and regulatory standards.
• Creates hardware requirements specifications and design for manufacturability.
• Coordinates prototypes and design verification/validation.
• Supports transfer to production for market release quantities.
