We are currently looking for paid Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join our team in Holland, MI. This position will be working onsite at our Wood Plant in Holland, MI.

You'll join a cohort of around 50 other dynamic interns for a 12‑week program packed with meaningful projects and weekly learning opportunities. You’ll attend NeoCon, the largest commercial design event in the world, where you will get an insider's look at all the latest industry trends and innovations. Sharpen your skills with interactive workshops on networking, public speaking, and using AI tools in a business environment. Connect with mentors and see all areas of the office and manufacturing processes. Then unwind at intern‑only social events where you can meet people from all corners of the business. As a Manufacturing Engineering intern, you will have the opportunity to assist with a variety of exciting projects including updating lockout/tagout procedures, supporting material yield optimization to reduce waste and scrap, participating in quality and safety improvement initiatives, conducting compressed air audits, and assisting with manufacturing process improvements. You will also spend time on the production floor, including operating equipment and working alongside production teams, to gain a deeper understanding of our manufacturing processes. The work is practical and meaningful, allowing you to take ownership of real projects while learning from experienced engineers and supporting the team as they focus on more complex engineering challenges.
