Milliken and Company is offering a Manufacturing Engineering Mayflower Plant Intern – Summer 2027 at the Salisbury, MA site. The 11–12 week, full-time (40 hours/week) internship provides hands-on exposure to operations and process improvement projects, with cross-functional collaboration and skill development in problem solving and teamwork.

The role includes a paid wage of $23.00–$29.00 per hour, current interns eligible for a $3,000 gross lump-sum bonus, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, business, or manufacturing related field is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and key projects within the Operations and Process Improvement teams.
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
• Present project findings, recommendations, or results
