Job summary

Milliken Magnolia Plant in Blacksburg, SC seeks a Manufacturing Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing. The internship is full-time (40 hours/week), paid, and runs for 11–12 weeks at the Magnolia location during summer 2027.

You will support day-to-day activities, analyze data to inform decisions, develop reports and process documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and learn professional skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering (or pursuing degree).
• Strong in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities within engineering and manufacturing.
• Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support decisions.
