Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking an Engineering Intern to support production improvements, fixture design, and data-driven projects at our Milwaukee, WI facility. You will work on cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

You will gain hands-on experience in tooling, fixturing, and 3D design, while contributing to Lean events and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering program, preferred focus in Mechanical or Industrial.
• Strong teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist CI ideas from production and assembly areas.
• Prepare studies and reports for estimates, progress and evaluation.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to support production needs.
• Support design for manufacturability and tooling, including fixtures and equipment.
• Contribute to assembly process design and documentation.
