Qualifications

• Associate Degree required in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering environment preferred.
• Alternative: suitable combination of equivalent education and hands-on industrial experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles, and strong technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust manufacturing processes tailored to customer specifications; develop detailed technical drawings, establish rigid quality specifications, and author comprehensive work instructions.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customer quality concerns; lead the end-to-end RCA and CAPA processes for internal and external issues.
• Continuously research and test innovative manufacturing methods to maximize throughput and minimize production costs while upholding strict quality principles.
• Provide real-time engineering resolution to production floor challenges to maintain schedule integrity.
• Deliver accurate product reports and project milestone updates; lead technical product reviews and cross-functional team meetings.
• Ensure 100% clarity on customer requirements through proactive, efficient communication with both internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain total adherence to established business practices, safety protocols, and regulatory work rules.
