Job summary

AGCO’s Engineering Internship Program invites students to join a hands-on Summer 2027 internship in Jackson, MN. You will work across Manufacturing/Quality, Test/Validation, and Design Engineering, taking ownership of projects and presenting results at the end.

You’ll gain experience with CAD tools like Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, and collaborate with engineers to tackle real-world agricultural equipment challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Professional mindset and effective communication.
• Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA) or similar tools.

Responsibilities
