Qualifications

• Prior internship or coursework in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production processes by analyzing workflows and reducing waste.
• Collect and analyze throughput, cycle time, and yield data.
• Collaborate with QA to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
• Assist maintenance for preventive tasks and equipment reliability.
• Document processes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project goals.
