Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of progressive process engineering experience, with hands-on involvement in process development.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, process documentation, and control plans.
Experience leading process reviews, mentoring teams, and managing engineering budgets.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, SPC, and manufacturing standards like UL 891, NEC, and ANSI.

Responsibilities

Personally design, document, and enhance manufacturing workflows, layouts, and work instructions.
Coach and develop manufacturing engineers and technicians in process methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Oversee the manufacturing engineering team, including hiring and performance management.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering on manufacturability and design feedback.
