Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the electrical engineering team, including staffing, performance, and development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for project distribution that align with team capabilities and project demands.
• Address technical gaps and resolve design conflicts across different engineering and operational groups.
• Conduct high-level reviews of major projects, focusing on cost, risk, and strategic importance.
• Manage the integrity of engineering data, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with company systems and processes.
