GE HealthCare in Madison, WI is offering a Co-Op on the production floor to support manufacturing processes and throughput improvements within a regulated medical device facility.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, remove obstacles, and drive KPIs while maintaining proper documentation and compliance. The role includes mentorship, hands-on project work, and exposure to lean tools with relocation assistance if applicable.
This Co-Op will maintain the manufacturing process, improve quality of manufacturing throughput and collaborate between other engineering team members in the Madison factory. They will work on the production floor to assist production associates in removing obstacles, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The role has some autonomy along with a dynamic priorities list but is focused on driving key performance metric improvements across production while maintaining documentation within the scope of a regulated medical device facility.
