Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related engineering.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to on-time project delivery.
• Ability to provide progress updates and communicate status to mentors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and qualification activities for new equipment, molds, vision systems, and processes.
• Coordinate engineering builds and sample evaluations to validate new methods and equipment.
• Create, update, and release manufacturing documentation including SAP-controlled docs.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and fixtures to improve performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cycle time, scrap reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Evaluate routings, cycle times, scrap factors, and master cycle sheets for accuracy.
• Implement data-driven solutions to resolve manufacturing challenges and prevent issues.
• Assist with integrating manufacturing equipment into the Entegris network and digital infra.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to drive CI initiatives.
• Present project updates and recommendations to mentors and stakeholders.
