Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co‑Op in Cornelia, GA, for the Spring 2027 term. This full‑time, 40‑hour weekly internship offers hands‑on experience in adhesive, polymer resin, and needle manufacturing with Ethicon Global Tech Ops.

You’ll rotate or span three semesters, with 8 vacancies available and a housing stipend based on eligibility. Students must be enrolled and pursuing an engineering degree with strong technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Participate in problem solving efforts by analysis and correction of chemical, electrical, and mechanical operating problems to maintain or improve existing site operations.
• Good documentation practices, including writing test protocols, generating final reports, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and mentors to implement continuous improvement projects.
• Deliver end of semester presentations to showcase work to site management and participate in J&J Credo volunteer activities across the site.
