Job summary

You will collaborate on cross-functional projects, develop standard work, support Lean events and drive manufacturing improvements, with exposure to CAD software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Knowledgeable with 3D CAD software.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean events.
• Develop standard work instructions specific to machines or work processes.
• Work in a team environment to implement manufacturing improvement projects.
