Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years leading manufacturing engineering or operations.
• Experience leading multi-site manufacturing engineering or operations.
• Expertise in automation technologies and capital project execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering strategy across facilities.
• Drive improvements in process capability, reliability and throughput.
• Develop and standardize processes, equipment and best practices.
• Support facilities to resolve complex issues via root cause analysis.
• Lead automation initiatives and capacity expansion.
• Oversee CapEx planning and post-implementation evaluation.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies with operations team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
• Manage suppliers and system integrators for project success.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
