Job summary

Configure seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering, automation, and cell development at the Clearwater facility. You will coordinate engineering, tooling, contractors, and operations to implement scalable manufacturing solutions with AI-enabled controls and autonomous processes.

The role demands hands-on experience with injection molding environments, strong project leadership, and a clear path to operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or Mechatronics or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of progressive hands-on automation, facility development, or startup experience.
Proven ability to lead complex automation projects from concept to handoff.

Responsibilities

Lead design, integration, and implementation of scalable manufacturing cells and automation systems.
Coordinate engineers, suppliers, and operations to ensure readiness and safety.
Drive AI-enabled manufacturing, machine vision, and autonomous cell development.
Oversee capital projects, installations, and facility infrastructure improvements.
Maintain schedules, budgets, and performance metrics across programs.
