Job summary

Qualifications

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to develop instructions, using graphics and text.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office and design software (Inventor or 3D software).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed work instructions for machining and assembly processes.
  • Create, manage, and verify engineering change requests.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure quality documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between engineering, operations, and service.
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a working member of the Company's safety committee.
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and changes comply with quality standards.

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the production floor and assembly team by developing clear work instructions for machines and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure continuous process improvement. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Engineering, and Service, ensuring designs are manufacturable, issues are resolved efficiently, and improvements are implemented.

Key Responsibilities
