Job summary

This role acts as a liaison between Production, Engineering, and Service to ensure designs are manufacturable, issues are resolved efficiently, and all changes are documented to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering.
• 3 years of engineering or technical experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to develop instructions, using graphics and text.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in MS Office and design software (Inventor or 3D software).

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain detailed work instructions for machining and assembly processes.
• Create, manage, and verify engineering change requests.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure quality documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between engineering, operations, and service.
• Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a working member of the Company's safety committee.
• Ensure documentation, processes, and changes comply with quality standards.
