Job summary

RBC Lubron Bearing Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to join our training program and contribute to manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales.

The role may require travel to our Connecticut office for training and to other facilities for hands-on projects. You will work on hands-on projects, present findings to the management team, and develop a broad understanding of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and AutoCAD/related programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• ITAR requirement: U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person with license.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on projects across manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales.
• Present project results to the management team.
• Potential travel to Corporate Office in Connecticut for training and to other facilities.
