Job summary

RBC Lubron Bearing Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified engineer to join our training program and contribute to manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales.

The role may require travel to our Connecticut office for training and to other facilities for hands-on projects. You will work on hands-on projects, present findings to the management team, and develop a broad understanding of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and AutoCAD/related programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• ITAR requirement: U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person with license.

Responsibilities

All-Power Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of aerospace precision bushings, spacers and machine parts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and sales. The individual may travel to our Corporate Office in Connecticut for a few weeks of training, and may have an opportunity to spend some time at one or two of our other facilities. Responsibilities will include hands‑on projects, as well as presentation of those projects to the management team.

Qualifications

MIN: $75,000.00– MAX: $75,000.00

Require a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and AutoCAD/related programs.
