Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling for cold/hot heading, secondary processes and gauging.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling and gauging.
• Recommend tooling materials, speeds, feeds and equipment setup.
• Research capital equipment upgrades; justify purchases.
• Suggest methods to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Assist with quoting and costing activities.
• Support continuous improvement programs.
