Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Strong technical knowledge including writing work instructions and line balancing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process development and ensure QCD objectives are met.
• Own and maintain standard labor times for capacity planning.
• Develop production methods and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support new product introduction and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvements and optimize manufacturing processes.
