QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Puerto Rico and the USA. The role focuses on transforming prototypes into commercial-scale equipment and developing pilot systems for plant prove-out, supporting manufacturing operations and product/process improvements.

Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year of related experience, leadership and organizational skills, and availability for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Available to all shifts.

Responsabilités

• Transforms a proof of principle or prototype into commercial scale equipment.
• Develops new technology (prototype and pilot equipment) for plant prove-out and commercialization.
• Assists plant operations in troubleshooting and correcting process and product deficiencies.
