Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a talented Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join our team in Puerto Rico and the USA. The role involves providing sustaining engineering support in a world-class manufacturing environment, driving equipment and process modifications, and collaborating with Product Design teams to ensure manufacturability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience sustaining engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong abilities in process improvement, equipment modifications, and optimization.
• Demonstrated yields and production efficiency improvements.
• Ability to work with product/design teams and ensure manufacturability.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods, SPC, and regulatory procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on moderately complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing.
• Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to improve quality and efficiency.
• Integrates equipment capabilities to meet specs and process requirements.
• Reviews development requirements for manufacturability.
• Collaborates with Product Design and Development to ensure compatibility with manufacturing.
• Conducts or supports statistical analysis to improve processes.
• Leads development and optimization of new manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Supports transfer of processes to manufacturing operations.
• Performs feasibility studies for new concepts, materials, and equipment.
• Supports material, process, equipment, and tooling selection; validates process inputs/outputs.
