Qualifications

• Experience in writing clear and detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience on a manufacturing floor, interacting with operators and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to support troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical issues on the line.
• Experience with SAP BOMs and routing information.
• Proficient in coordinating and communicating with vendors for tooling and repairs.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools for documentation support.

Responsabilités

• Support a team of Manufacturing Engineers with day-to-day administrative and technical tasks.
• Communicate service calls and repair needs to vendors with timely follow-up.
• Write, update, and maintain detailed work instructions and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with operators to clarify instructions and gather feedback.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using mechanical knowledge and schematics.
• Perform hands-on work on the production floor to support engineering activities.
• Update SAP BOMs and routing information to reflect current processes.
• Prepare technical requisitions for tooling, equipment, and engineering changes.
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling repair and equipment service.
• Assist with engineering change processes and DMI updates.
• Apply solid modeling to support documentation.
