Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.

Manufacturing Engineer - Specialty Materials Manufacturing Company

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer for Phantom Works located in Berkeley, MO to support our Specialty Materials Manufacturing portfolio.

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of production methodologies and tooling for specific materials that are manufactured in St. Louis. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)
  • Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with Paint and Chemical manufacturing or applications.
  • Authored Work Orders and supported fabrication efforts within a production environment.
  • Experience as a Process Engineer, specifically with the Food and Beverage Industry, Chemical production Industry or Paint Manufacturing Industry.
