Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or maintenance engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, servos, and automated equipment.
• Proficient with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
• Strong communication, project management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production through equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Lead machine upgrades, installations, and reliability projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and cost performance.
• Work with maintenance, operations, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain engineering documents, PM programs, and standard procedures.
• Use production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
