Job summary

Moog in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production lines, tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives on site. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and international partners to optimize processes and ensure manufacturability.

Qualified candidates have an engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a readiness to travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering OR related manufacturing experience OR an associate degree with 3 years in manufacturing.
• Experience communicating with internal/external customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production lines and external vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development with domestic and international teams.
• Review drawings, tooling, work instructions, labor standards, facility layout, quotes, and continuous improvement.
• Respond to quotes and support new orders.
