• Quality Assurance:Establish robust manufacturing processes that incorporate poka-yoke solutions to prevent quality issues. You’ll design testing methods, evaluate finished products, and ensure our processes meet the highest standards.

• Boost Productivity:Analyze workflows, space requirements, and equipment layouts using Kubota’s 5-Gen and KPS Principles to drive efficiency and enhance productivity across the board.

• Data-Driven Decisions:Provide critical insights for manufacturing decisions by calculating production costs, reviewing schedules, and estimating future needs. Your analytical skills will guide our operations.

• Project Management:Lead project-related activities transparently, overseeing everything from timelines and budgets to team coordination and vendor procurement. Your leadership will be essential for successful program implementation.

• Reporting & Documentation:Collect, analyze, and summarize trends to prepare insightful product and process reports. You’ll also create and maintain vital process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications.

Qualifications:
