Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations (machining, assembly) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self-directed, self-starter and able to multi-task.
• High energy with a track record of implementing results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to read, understand and follow regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to production and assure optimum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Create Standard Work documentation and perform Risk Assessments.
• Engage in daily in-person interaction with operations, manufacturing engineers, and safety professionals.
• Potentially create Standard Work documentation and assess safety & ergonomic risks.
