Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Management.
• Proficient using 3D CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Strong standards, layout design, tooling/fixtures, and assembly worksheets.
• Excellent communication and multi-project handling.
• GD&T knowledge for high-quality part production.
• Compliance with environmental and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Select tools and programs for automated equipment and CNC tooling.
• Complete projects on time using project planning tools.
• Recommend tooling/equipment for fabrication and warehousing.
• Update routings to coordinate fabrication through assembly and cost reporting.
• Develop manpower plans for production and warehousing.
• Assist with budget understanding and cost improvements.
• Balance Sub Assembly, Main Line, and Warehouse operations.
• Develop packaging requirements for spare parts.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Apply Lean, 5S, PDCA, and Visual Factory methods.
• Conduct time studies and Make Vs. Buy analyses.
