Zusammenfassung

Wonder is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help scale production for the Infinite Kitchen line. You will support day-to-day assembly at our Westborough, MA contract manufacturing facility, resolve build issues, and work with design engineers to improve assembly and testing processes.

You’ll own process improvements, design and prototype mechanical jigs, and collaborate with quality engineering to define inspection requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years in hardware R&D or manufacturing with 2+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer in assembly/testing.
• Experience with CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, Welding, and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM and ECO change-control processes.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues and blockers.
• Modify drawings, create redlines, and update CAD files as needed.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to plan procurement and assembly.
• Improve assembly processes to increase throughput and reliability.
• Prototype and implement mechanical jigs and fixtures.
• Define material inspection requirements with quality engineering.
• Support DFMs with design engineers and validation.
