Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer at the Orange, VA site. The role supports modernization and automation of production facilities for our Missile Solutions segment, working under supervision and mentorship.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Graduate degree with manufacturing experience and offers opportunities for career growth, security clearance eligibility, and a competitive benefits package. Travel may be required up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience; or a graduate degree with 2+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization and automation of production facilities.
• Identify defects, root cause investigations, and implement improvements.
• Maintain process instructions, PFMEAs, MBOMs, PHA, and JSA.
• Support energetic assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Travel up to 5% of time.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
