Specify system and facility requirements for propulsion manufacturing facilities.
Improve facility performance with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering.
Coordinate design and construction across cross-functional teams.
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Present findings in written reports and presentations.
