Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, installation, and continuous improvement of integrated production systems. You will work closely with Product Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure quality, throughput, and cost targets are achieved across current and new products.

You will drive capital budgeting for process improvements, manage equipment projects from evaluation through operation, and apply Kaizen and TS16949 principles to enhance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, production tooling, fixture design, and line layout.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and hazardous materials management.
• Experience with Pick and Place automation and welding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation and improvement of production systems to meet quality, throughput and cost targets.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing support to meet customer requirements and troubleshoot production problems.
• Develop capital budgets for process improvements and capacity increases.
• Manage projects for new equipment from evaluation to installation and operation.
