• Ability to write clear documentation and communicate with technicians and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up assembly stations, tooling, and fixtures.
• Write and maintain work instructions, build procedures, and quality checks.
• Establish incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final validation.
• Track yield, cycle time, and failure data; drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with design for manufacturability feedback.
• Plan builds; manage BOM readiness and part staging.
• Continuously improve throughput as production scales.
• Document everything to ensure reproducibility.
