Job summary

Valeo in the United States seeks a Process/Manufacturing Engineer (P0/P1) to support the Injection Molding Team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate advanced industrial engineering assignments and assist in QRQC activities and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Injection Molding Team through coaching and training.
• Ensures QRQC activities and escalation to management.
• Plans, schedules, and conducts advanced industrial engineering assignments.
• Analyzes issues with APU Managers / Site Manager.
• Estimates workforce needs and schedules work to meet dates and specs.
• Supervises or coordinates Engineers, Technicians, Designers as needed.
• Implements IP and VPS tools, 5S, problem solving, and QRQC.
• Involves suppliers and promotes QRQC methodology.
• Reviews daily production schedules with the Master Scheduler.
• Participates in procedures to meet project roadmaps.
• Organizes Problem Solving Groups and defines action plans.
• Supports CSNs with correct documentation for right-first-time acceptance.
