Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, process, quality, or equipment engineering experience.
• Strong analytical skills with root cause investigation and problem-solving capability.
• Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate manufacturing processes to support production quality, throughput, and cost objectives.
• Perform DOEs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain SPC to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• Design and implement motion control programs for robotic manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including work instructions, specifications, and process records.
• Investigate nonconforming product and deviations; implement corrective actions.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and supplier interaction.
