Qualifications

• Education - BS in Engineering preferably Chemical or Mechanical
• 0-3 years of chemical industry experience
• Process optimization background
• Experience troubleshooting in a plant environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor unit performance and key process indicators (KPI’s) weekly/monthly.
• Actively support site and area safety programs (PHA, LOPA, MOC, incident investigations) and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in delivering technical training to operators.
• Develop and maintain productivity plans and pipelines for units.
• Interface with reliability and process engineering to drive improvements and manage daily production losses.
