Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and continually improve production processes, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency across teams.

You will design workflows, analyze production data, lead continuous improvement, draft SOPs, and support new product introductions while working with quality and engineering to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to generate and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant layouts.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Support new product introductions by validating production readiness.
• Investigate issues and implement CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Participate in capital projects including equipment selection, installation, and validation.
