Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Engineering on tooling and design criteria.
• Determines manufacturing processes and maintains process plans.
• Develops production projections and suggestions for improvements.
• Creates Manufacturing Bill of Material for ordering and scheduling.
• Provides technical guidance on production issues and RCCA.
• Analyzes engineering drawings and issues engineering change requests.
• Makes recommendations regarding production arrangements.
• Works with teams to solve production flow issues.
• Implements new technology to improve safety and reduce costs.
• Utilizes Lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
