Responsibilities
Collaborates with Engineering on tooling and design criteria.
Determines manufacturing processes and maintains process plans.
Develops production projections and suggestions for improvements.
Creates Manufacturing Bill of Material for ordering and scheduling.
Provides technical guidance on production issues and RCCA.
Analyzes engineering drawings and issues engineering change requests.
Makes recommendations regarding production arrangements.
Works with teams to solve production flow issues.
Implements new technology to improve safety and reduce costs.
Utilizes Lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
